Gerard awoke.  His eyes opened as he felt a cool fall breeze blow through his cracked window.  He  cuddled into the the covers as he reached up and shut the window.  He stretched under the covers, feeling his body relax.  He got out of bed still stretching and walked out into the kitchen, scratching his stomach.  "Morning Mikey."  Mikey looked up from the comics, "Morning.  Will you be wanting these when I'm  done?"  Gerard nodded.  Mikey was eating coco puffs Gerard decided on the same.  He sat down as Mikey handed him the newspaper.
         Gerard sat reading the comics and eating,  "I wonder what made that guy draw that poor boys nose that big. Hmmm?"  Mikey smile," Hey. remember you need to bring me to the mall to meet my friends?"  Gerard groaned.  Ever since he had gotten his liscence he had wished he hadn't.  He was Mikey's ride everywhere.  It's not that he didn't like Mikey.  He just wished that he could stay home and draw instead of going all over town to meet Mikey's friends.  "Do I have to go?" Mikey laughed at the look on Gerard's face. "Yes.  You have to go. Plus, I'm gonna see Frank.  I haven't seen him since his mom sent him to catholic school, and........he wants me to meet his new boyfriend."  Mikey all of a sudden took a big bite of coco puffs.  Gerard choked on his,"HE'S GAY NOW!!!!"  Mikey nodded still chewing his coco puffs.
          Gerard made a gagging noise, " Why on earth would anyone ever do that. One, OW! Two, EW! Three, AHHH!" Gerard shivered, "Hey bend over Lassie I'm gonna stick it right up your........"  "GERARD!" Gerard sat back down, "I am ashamed of myself." He laughed, "I  got a little carried away." Mikey smiled, " A little. But yeah and I would really like for you to meet him too. Please."  Gerard frowned almost in a sulking manner, "But I wanted to go to the comic book store."  The look on Mikey's face was solid, "Fine. But we're going to the comic book store after."  Mikey's face lit up, "Thank you Gerard."  Mikey looked at Gerard who was now looking at his coco puffs, "What, Gerard?"  Gerard looked up, "Do I have to shake his hand."




         Gerard pulled into an empty parking space.  He got out of the car.  He had on black jeans that weren't tight but weren't baggy.  He had on an Iron Maiden shirt and was wearing a jean jacket.  He looked over at Mikey.  Mikey was messing with his glasses.  Gerard leaned down into the car, "Hey! Quit it or I'm gonna start thinking your trying to impress him. "  Mikey smiled, "Oh please.  If anything, you would be the gay one in the family, even mom said." Mikey walked away.   Gerard ran after, "WHAT DO YOU MEAN MOM SAID!"  Mikey laughed and ran into the store.  
         Gerard fixed his pants, "Okay.  Where are we meeting theses faggets Victoria's Secret. "   Gerard looked at Mikey with the straightest face.  Mikey couldn't help but laugh, "No.  Frank has a fetish for comics also.   So I guess we're gonna go where the fags hang.  Where you spend 10 hours of everyday, the comic store."   Gerard smiled a very childish smile, " Was that Frank's actual word, 'fetish'."  Mikey nodded.  Gerard snorted.  He looked at Mikey who obviously didn't find it funny.  Gerard frowned, "Fine." He fixed his jacket, "Let's do this."
          They walked down the hall. Gerard staired at a pair of girls who were giggling and pointing at a guy near a candy stand.  He rolled his eyes.  Man he hated that.  Girls who sat there and had nothing better to do than giggle at a guys ass.  But just to see what they were giggling at he took a look for himself.  He had to admit......it wasn't that bad of a butt, for ......a guy.  The guy turned around and look  kind of familiar.  The guy waved, "Mikey! Hey!"  Mikey walked over, "Frank!"  Gerard staired in shock.  Frank looked very different.  The last time he had seen Frank was about 10 months ago.  He found himself thinking, 'Whoa, that was 10 months.'
          He wanted to smack himself.  What was he thinking, just because Frank was....skinnier and very very adorable had awesome hair that fell perfectly on his face, and reminded Gerard of this guy he once met who was very... 'NO NO NO NO! he thought to himself.  You are not going back down that path.  Gerard looked up biting his thumb nail to see Frank standing infront of him.  Frank smiled, "Hey, Gerard. It's been a while.  You look great."  Gerard went to say something but found his words
were lost.  That smile.....it swallowed him in and when he looked into those eyes it was as if he was floating in midair and there was no one there but Frank and him.  Gerard finally noticed he was stairing and saved himself, "Wow! You look SO different.  You look good, you do."  Frank didn't know why and Gerard didn't either but he pulled Frank in for a hug.  He held him, Frank's smell went up Gerard's nose, smoke, coffee, fabric softener, and a smell Gerard couldn't place.
          He let go, "Guess I missed you more than I thought I did." Gerard smiled nervously.  Frank smiled back.  Than out of no where like a race car going off the track into the croud, a boy with dark brown honey hair, snake like green eyes, and a smile that made Gerard kind of uncomfortable walked up.  "Hey Frankie."  The boy kissed Frank on the lips lightly.  Gerard felt a ping in the back of his head.  Why? He didn't even know.  Frank smiled at the boy and gently kissed him back and hugged him.  Gerard watched the young man wrap his arms around Frank's waist as they hugged and gently kissed.  Gerard didn't understand.  He had always understood gays to be totally crazy when they made-out but this was.....this was gentle.  It was sweet.  It was loving.  
         Gerard heard the boy start humming a song he must not of ever heard because he couldn't place the tune. Frank put his head lightly on the boy's shoulder and was rocked back and forth.  A few people stopped and staired but Gerard just glared at them and they left soon after.  Gerard had always thought gays were.....different but nobody should be embarassed to show love in public like that.  The sweetness that was in the two of them didn't deserve to be scoffed at, or glared at.  It was to be appreciated.  But still Gerard couldn't understand what that was.  He wanted it.  Or.....did he want Frank.........?
